anyone else here with an emporer 400 w/ alot of bubles???

i was just wondering if this is a common problem with the emporer filters or is something wrong with mine it tends to put alot of bubbles into my tnaks

There should be a dial on the top turn it and see if this helps. The way it works is if you have it one way it puts more oxygen into the water, so just try turning it.

I run twin Emperor 400's and I raised the water level to about 3/4" inch above the run-off volute. That really cut down on the bubbles so maybe try that and see if it helps you.

I had the same problem and I raised the water level til the top and good by bubles.

well i got the water about as high as i can go theres just about 1/4 higher i can go

Do you have the biowheels off? I noticed when they are off, it produces A LOT of bubbles......
