Anyone else supposed to be working

I just cannot bring my self to get anything done today. I am leaving this Job at the end of the month and I am totally worthless... I opened my own LFS and I am ready to go play. Anyone else goofing off today?:jumping:

i've mastered the art of screwing around while doing work. sometimes i sell loan programs without even realizing what i'm saying. not that i'm too outt've it....it's just that i say the same thing nearly everytime.
you got a mute button option on yer phone dockery? one fun thing to do is roust on your clients with the mute button.

I'm going from class to my bedroom/office. I am not getting anything done here today. Need to follow up some possible clients, I'm sure they would like to hear from me this year. I feel so drained and lazy, I just want to go home and sleep!! I think I'm gonna pass my clients onto my dad for now. I HATE DOING THAT, but I have classes ON TOP of this new job. I just started in w/ a commercial real-estate firm based out of south Florida. I'm puting off the residential until I can REALLY start saving up money. THEN I can get some really nice properties!! Good luck w/ the lfs thing. That is another goal of mine, but I do not want to turn my love into my job. Know what I mean? Another reason why I do not want to race for a living either. Hope it goes well. Shoulda talked to me first, I probably coulda gotten you a sweet deal on your space! What are you paying, if you don't mind me asking?

Know what you mean there Purity I answer phones and over time the answer become engrained. Got to love a job where they allow you to play on the internet. So long as it does not interfer with the work at hand. Love the mute feature on the wireless headsets we have. These headsets work great you can leave the office and walk around. Definitely saves on the neck. Only drawback is when you have to go back to the desk and transfer a call or look something up.

Still goofing off. I answer the phone also but it is not ringing much today. I have to do my letter of resignation blah. I cannot bring my self to do that either. I suggest we all get sick and have to go home. Although it is kind of cold here in Texas today.

half the time i'm yackin about rates, libors, margins, and terms it's usually while laying down on the couch in the cafeteria

Wish I could play games at work, but I can't unless they are internet based and can be closed quickly and are nor installed on the computer. I would so play quake or wolfenstein. Some kind of first shooter game.

how ironic that after posting this i just got back from meeting the ceo of our company for the first time since i've worked here. dude's liquid net personal worth is over $75 million!!
and i thought i was special for closing 7 loans last month. yay for the tiny cog in the machine :)

It's in keller, currently it is out of the house, but we hope to move to a real location soon, right now we do appointments or normally after 5 and on the weekends, we get stock in on Wednesday and Friday's. I have corals and fish for dry goods we have to special order once we have a real store front it will be easier. Come out to the frage trade this weekend, you can check it out.

Nuts just got caught blind transferring a call to someone else. Probably going to get the phone ediquite speech. Say you name each time, ask their name, no blind transfers, etc. Man this place used to be fun. Think it is time to go fishing and camping again. Makes them realize how much I do around here for them.
