Anyone ever wired an Ice Cap Ballast before?

The insructions make sense as far as what wire to which bulb. however it does not tell you how to wire the power to it. I would love any help.

I think I understand what you mean... on your wiring harness you should have several wires left over. A black, white and a green. The green should be your ground wire. All i did was go to lowe's and get a pigtal adapter (Just think of a lamp cord plugging into the wall without a lamp). Once you have that, you wire that to those leftover wire's. I would get one with a ground. Just ask the guy at lowe's and he should tell you how to hook it up.

the black is the one that goes in the bigger of the two prongs.... white in smaller and green is ground.
