I'm in DeSoto, Kansas (suburb of KC). I like Petland in Lawrence, KS too, but my favorite is Aquarium Wholesalers in Olathe, KS at the Great Plains Mall. Owned by 2 brothers and they have a huge selection of corals with reasonable prices. There is also Paradise Aquatics in Overland Park, KS. They are strictly saltwater, nothing else. Nice, nice coral and fish selection but a bit pricier than the other two stores.

Oh Well, that is what I get from living in the middle of no where. I have two known LFS. I am going to one and then going to the other and seeing if I like anything.
I can not wait till retirement and I get to go scuba diving everyday. :thinking: I will have one big aquarium

Hey scuba guy, I live in ozark myself, my kids and I scuba too. I go to exotic tropicals in rogers ARK. Bout 2 hrs, from here but its alot nicer than any of the others around here. Prices arent too bad.Also there the petwarehouse on kearney, they have SW stuff too and probably more than the nixa store. There that horrible one down in branson at the meadows mall, but I wouldn't even bother. Seems like another somewhere. :thinking:

Aquarium Wholesalers is garbage, only Waldo is worse in KC. The 3 best IME are Paradise, Mission Pet Mart and Blue Ridge Pets.
Blue Ridge was a complete dump, but after it burned down, a new guy bought it and I could not believe how nice his coral setup is. It really reminds me of The Reef House before they went under.
