Redding? Geez, you are pretty far up North. Welcome to the hobby anyways. I am in SF. Have you been to Sacramento for their LFS if you are just starting out?

well i usually stay with one lfs, ive been dealing with him for about 10 years and he is really helpfull, if u want to buy something that wont go into your tank he will not you not to buy it and he will find something for you, he is really cool.
