Anyone have a suggestion for a STRONG and QUIET external pump?

Having trouble finding the right return pump. I am currently using the Iwaki 2100 but it is too loud. I hear the pump running from upstairs. I tried the Sequence 3500 but that is just not strong enough with a 25' head. Any suggestions? Thanks for any replies.

Sequence has bigger pumps and they are about the quitest you'll find

How are Dolphin pumps as far as noise? Anyone know?
