not really a tip on winning, just set your limit :)
I never seem to do well because I don't bet enough $$ at a time. It seems people who bet the highest win. A friend of ours always plays the $1 slots. ALWAYS wins because she make min $1.00 play. I have a hard time of letting go of that. :nervous:
good luck and have fun.

While it is legal, it will quickly get you banned for life from all casino's.....
Have a bunch of friends learn the basic simple way of counting cards in Blackjack. Make sure that, although friends, you "appear" to be completely unrelated. Have a person start playing blackjack, when the count gets around 12-14, have them signal one of you over. Shortly after a few hands, have the spotter walk off from the table.
Key points:
-Have a person play "stupid" wildly betting high, until the count drops low again... than walk away.
-Have another person, keep the count going and playing like a hustler.
-And other variations, etc. etc.
Or something like that, pick up the book "Taking down the House" or something like that. A bunch of college kids ran that racket against the casino's and took millions before one of them ratted the others out. Suppose they made more millions writing that book. Go figure... I need millions :notsure:

Do they have 2 deck tables for black jack at any major casino's?

I like vedio poker. especially the ones that allow 1-100 nickles.
tip. get a buffet. then only put in $20.00 in a machine. Leave when you have $40 (or more) to take out or you have 0. Never Never put in another $20.00.
Finally only do that for a week and then only once per year.

If I'm not too late, craps is my game. Always play the line and when a point is made make sure you take the odds behind the line. After a point is made, I usually put the min. on the 6 and 8 unless one of them is the point, then the 5 or nine. If you get a good roller at your table and say he/she hits a six, take the mile youoney. If they roll another 6 or 8 take the money again and you've covered your bets except your line bets. If you're a gambler then dont worry about the line, if not then leave your bets the same til you've covered the money you have on the table. If the shooter keeps rolling 6s, 8s or whatever, after youve covered your bets, start to press your bets 1 unit or place the min. on another #. Cause after youve covered your bets on the table, you're playing with the casino's money. Its not a perfect system, but it should keep you in the game longer with the potential to win a lot if the shooter can keep rolling the dice. And, as stated earlier, make sure you set your limit! DO NOT take a credit card, ATM, etc. with you while you gamble, the temptation can be great. Know when its time to walk away. Good luck!

I am only 20 years old, so I can't gamble legally yet. I love playing texas hold em poker, and so far I've been able to clean out friends and relatives, but I've been eagerly waiting my first real gambling vegas trip. . .
I've devised a little plan, that I think has some real merit. I am a psychology major, and I came up with this in my statistics class last semester at BYU. I haven't tried it yet, but, theoretically it has to work. Tell me what you think.
The game : Roulette
Every game at a Las Vegas Casino has the odds high against you, but if you employ this tactic at the roulette table you have a 66.3333333333333. . . % probobility of winning.
If you bet on 1/3 of the numbers on the board it pays 3 to1. Here's my theory. If you bet 5.00 on the 1-12(first dozen) and 5.00 on the 13-24(second dozen) you have 2/3 of all the numbers covered on the board with the acception of the green 0 and green 00. This means you have a 66.3333. . .chance of tripling one of your bets. (its actually a little less than that because of the 2 green numbers) These are the best odds I can calculate anywhere in the casino. There is a 33.3333333... chance of losing both of your bets, but in the long run this strategy should lead to huge profit.
What do you guys think?

Sit at a slot machine, and only put in a token when you see the drink girl coming.....the free drinks will be worth more than the money, and you will lose gambling anyway 95% of the time......:D

I live in Vegas.... play video poker at the local bars if you wanna get $h!t faced and if you goto the casino's, play black jack, only bring money with you that you are willing to loose. Think of it as going to an adult arcade, your paying to play the games to entertain you. Every now and then you get lucky, but you have to make big bets and always play max coins, if a machine is going to hit a jack pot, it usually does within your first $20-$40. Good Luck!!!

when I go everyone gets mad that I come home with money. I didn't say a ton lol But I take a set amount. Anything I cash out or win goes in the other pocket and never comes out. That way I go home with something. And when playing Blk Jack I play till I lose 3 hands in a row. And move to a diff table.
