Anyone have one of these tanks?

I have a fish only tank but would love to try a nano reef tank. The big ones are too expensive and I don't plan on living here for more than a year, so even though I've heard it's hard to keep a small tank stable I thought I'd give it a go. I need to get a set up, though, preferrably for a reasonable price. I saw this set up and they advertised it to be a complete kit for a mini-reef. Does anyone know if this is a good deal and if the lighting would actually do the trick? If not, does anyone have suggestions of where I could get something along those lines?

I'm guessing that can't be the deluxe for that price?... it looks like people have had some success with jbj nanos, though.

one cannot go wrong with a jbj nano - as long as there's no initial water leak - as a few here have stated their's did ................mine was perfect.
the deluxe is the way to go - better lighting - moon lights and better cooling fans - worth the extra $$$$$$$
you might try here for a better price ...www.petsolutions.com - they usually have pretty good sales on the nano's and their shipping prices are fair also.

I just ordered a 12G, it came broken, ordered another one came unbroken.. I haven't put water in it to see if it doesn't leak yet..
Going to get salt / rocks this weekend.

The 12g JBJ Nanocubes are simply awesome. I've set up several smaller tanks, and had no luck with them simply because there wasn't enough lighting for anything to be supported in the tank.
Recently, I purchased a JBJ 12g Nanocube from nanocustoms.com
it has 4 24 watt PCs, an LED moonlight, and a small minichiller :happy: . I couldn't be happier. If that's a way you want to go, trust me, it is definately awesome.
But for the record, I have a friend that has the stock 12g JBJ and its the nicest nano I have ever seen anywhere. So either way, youre not making a wrong decision

I got the deluxe 12 gallon a few days ago and its going through the cycle right now. Its definitly a great little tank. I took out the stock pump and replaced it with a maxi-jet 900 and put a hydor flo on it. The deluxe is definitly worth the extra money.
