Can someone tell me how easy it is to set up the Dual Home/Reef RO/DI unit from airwaterice.com? Do you just replace your existing kitchen faucet with the one included in the package, or how exactly does it work?

I was looking at that and it comes with a Goose neck faucet. What it will be is a second faucet for drinking water only, you will need to drill a hole in your sink or counter top next to the sink and mount it there. It does not replace your faucet setup. My wife got me the 5 stage ro/di unit, I got it today and it was a breeze to set up.

So, I would just use a hole saw or something and drill right on thru the metal?

You could also just drill up and to the left just off of the sink. I have my current water filter system spigot there. And it is through a 12x12 ceramic tile. Considering it is going to most likely be a permanent item...drilling through the counter top gives it a more customized look. I thought so anyways.
As for cutting through the sink...you will beed a power hole cutter for metal from a home type of DIY store.
I am expecting delivery on my system here next couple of days. I purchased the same one you mentioned with the upgrade to 75gpd, including shipping it was like $223.00.

You cant beat the price for what it does. I got mine UPS yesterday. Looks pretty easy to hook up. They were so complete on their assembly...they even put the teflon tape on the water tank inlet...thats good service.
