today i was at my lfs and i saw this guy called a red foot conch he had 2 big white claws and it looked like he used them to walk around so i bought him up. Has anyone heard of them and what exactly is he good for and is he safe in my 12g nano reef.
red footed conch or thorn latirus named after the bright red foot and thorn on the lower part of his shell. reef compatable diet is detritus peices of fresh fish and dried seaweed.
