k this sounded wierd to me but i dont keep anenomies but my friend swears that his pink tip haitian anenome ate his flame angel. he said he looked all around the tank, filters, plumbing and he has no aggressive fish (yellow tang, clowns, goby) he has looked through his rock work and no sight of him. a jumper has been ruled out cuz he obviously wasnt found and has no pets that would walk away with it.
any thoughts?

Well , I have seen a clownfish grab a smaller fish by the mouth and feed it to his anemone .

it is possible for an anemone to do that. i had a similar thing happen to me with a condi and my skunk clowns. i found one dead on the bottom of the tank and the other was no where to be found...and i have a 12g nano!

IMO, never keep a pink tip in a tank with fish. They almost always kill something.
