Is there anyone in Eastern North Carolina? I was trying to see if any one has any thing that they might be wanting to trade. Or if anyone wants to possible help me out with fragging some of my stuff and possible take some frags. IS there any good LFS around the area. Just joined the message board. I'm in New Bern. I have a spiny box puffer I'd like to trade. The fish has doubled in size (to 6") since I acquired it over a year ago. I have a 55 gal. tank and it's not big enough...this fish probably needs 100 gal.+

well i go to the fish cave mostly and also pet whearhouse once in a while if they have some nice stuff. Also i dont have enought room for in in my tank sezxho i only have a 29 gallon. What else do you have in your tank? Have you tried to take it back to the LFS so you can get some credit or anything? IS there a good LFS up there in new bern? We have a good one down in jville i go there almost every day LOL maybe not everyday but it seems like it.

i have an orange skunk clown, green chromis damsel, clown goby and a yellow tang + several inverts. did a lot of research on compatability before acquiring. i've only dealt with 1 LFS here in new bern...for inverts..they're pricey on fish. buy mostly online. haven't tried the trade angle with local LFS's but it's worth a shot..thanks for the suggestion.

no problem, if you are lookign for a lace to buy some nice corals and at a pretty good price there is one down here that i would recomend.

If you want any coral you will need to upgrade you light. as of right now i would say you dont have enough light for anything really. u have less then a watt per gallon. I dont think you can even to shrooms or anything but i could be wrong on that. Have you ever though of getting a better light?

Greeneville, don't really have anything to trade. I'd like to find a half-way decent lfs thats not to far away. All we have is a Petsmart (only fresh water) and Pets+ (small selection of high priced things). Was there pet store that opened up in New Bern a little while back or was that somewhere else, something like Bill's Petshop (I think).
