I have to say my piece here about mixing computers and SW fish tanks. (Not the typical electricity and waer speech)
Computers are great for data logging but for everything else they are black and white. Mix this fish with that fish, or don't. When your pH is low do this, high do that. Saltwater fish keeping is the biggest exception to the rule hobby I know of. There are no hard fast rules and only coming to a message board or visiting your local club meeting will help you make informed decisions, not the click here to find out what fish you can put with your new purchase. Everyone on this board could agree with some suggested solution to a problem and when you try it it kills something or you end up worse off. Chronic gamblers have it better than we do, all we can do is enjoy the beauty of the little white ball bouncing on the pretty black and red spindle with the numbers. When the ball falls, it is back to the wallet. If all you want to do is log data use Excel, it can do all kinds of neat graphs and displays. As for all of these Fish Tank Programs I say bahh.
Just my little piece
Hope I didn't scare anyone.
