Anyone know the difference?

Okay....1st off I have a 55 gallon tank and found a great deal of (4) 54watt T5's with individual reflectors and I will purchase the lunar lights with it for around 200.00 is that a good deal?
2nd off I also found this:
48 inch Current USA SunDial T5 HO 4x54W w/ Timers & LED for around 279.00
So i was wondering the difference? My friend said with (4) 54 watt T5's and my purchasing of the lunar lighting I would be able to keep anything!
and I don't really know anything about the 2nd one.
Any have any ideas?

Sundials are pretty decent units. Any idea who makes the first fixture?

I have the sundials and like them a lot. But I too am curious about the 1st set up. Who makes them? Thats a good price if it is what it says it is.
