I was going to have my 55 drilled so I can fit a 1" bulkhead in it and then use an overflow like pic below.
My drainline will be 1" Flex tube that will drop 3.5'.
What will my flow rate be on this setup?
Or is this even a good idea for an overflow?
In order to return the water to the tank a distance of 4' and have a T off to feed the 5gal. refugium which pump should I get?
At 4' a Mag 7 will pump 480gph and a Mag 9 at 800gph.
