Anyone know what this is? Good or Bad?

I was doing a partial water change today and i bought about 7 pounds of live rock about a month ago and when i was doing the water change this came crawling out of the rock. thank you

Cool. Mine are all small,3-4". I love bristle worms.Come to think about it, I haven't seen them sticking out of the LR since I put the 6 line back in the tank.

Oh yeah. Those bristles are not fun. If you decide to take them out of your tank use tweezers or tongs to get a hold of them. No fingers!!!
