I have found these all over my floss---I guess they came in on my LR--I asked about them before but here are ome pics---I apologize in adavance they are not the best.

I know it's weird---it has small ant. on both the front and back which you can not see in hte pic---also is brownish in color w/ a liter shade on the under belly---they range in size from 1/2" to about 1/8".
Looks like a nudibranch to me. It could also be a sea cucumber and you are just mistaking its tube-feet spikes for antennae.
edit- if they don't move they could also be a pupa of some sort of pod.
What do I do with them then?? I have trashed the ones on my floss---but what if I find more on my floss?? Should I return them to the tank ? Or just trash them like I have the rest? thanks
Also--have not seen any move
They are probably the pupas of amphipods. I'd just leave them alone. Do you find empty ones floating on the surface of the water sometimes? If so, they are definately pupas.
I have seen them floating on top of the h2o. Then they get sucked into my filtration system and onto the floss. Once I find them on the floss should I return them to the tank or into a small safety netting inside main tank or just leave them on the floss? I did a h2o change and floss change and there were alot on there and I just threw them away w/ the floss. thanks for any feedback mud!! :notsure:
