Anyone made their own Acrylic sump/fuge??

I am considering making my own acrylic sump/fuge. Has anyone attempted something like this? Ive made one out of a 10 gal before for one of my smaller tanks, but my 55 stand isnt wide enough for a 20 long, so im looking into making my own from scratch. Any tips on design and using acrylic?
Any thoughts/comments welcome!

Yeah it's super easy and you can check out melevsreef dot com and get ideas on what you want and he has some pretty good tips and tech on how to build them and explains things in good detail.........
Still working on my sump as we speak!!!!!!!!
