Anyone own the two spot gobies(crab eyes)

I want to own a pair of them, but my tank has ony been established for a month and a week. When could I introduce them

until you see lots of little silver things swimming in your tank and your live sand has odd things in it, I'd hold off - they'll starve.
Wait an hour after your lights have gone off and take a flash light and when you see wierd things swimming and digging in your tank, your tank is ready.

So they do not eat fish food, they eat from the sand bed?
Are they as hard to keep as the mandarin?
So unless I dedicate a whole tank to them they will not survive?
