We're not allowed to sell on this forum. Since you're in NJ, look on Craigslist and also go on ManhattanReefs.com under the Marketplace section. I'm on Long Island, I've bought a lot of things from people on MR, it's a great site.
It's going to be close to impossible to find a 20G saltwater set up for $100. My 14G cost $500 when all was said and done. This is not a cheap hobby, you're going to have to spend almost $100 just in live rock for the tank. I think you need to do more research on what you're getting yourself into first.

We are not allowed to buy or sell on this site...While used equipment is a very good idea I am afraid $100.00 won't even get you started with rock and salt, not to mention the tank, power heads, heater, lights and sand. Then livestock.
If you can't drive yet, can't afford over $100.00 I suggest you purchase a good book on saltwater keeping and study and prepare for the day you can afford the hobby and really enjoy it.
Maybe for a while enjoy a freshwater tank. That's what I did. After all that...hanging around this site and asking questions will give you a good bit of head start knowledge when your ready to begin.
WELCOME to the site...we are happy to help any way we can.

In addition to the above posts, if you can only afford $100 to buy everything, you surely can't afford to maintain the tank properly. Do people buy Porsches or Ferraris, and then can't afford the insurance?
Take some time, grab a book, and re-evaluate.

Over 30 years ago...Back when I was 16, my first paycheck from Taco Bell was spent on a 10g tank w/hood and lights, some gravel, a corner filter and a heater...I used tap water and some of that chlorine remover...that took my entire 2 weeks pay of $96.00..then next check, 2 weeks later...I got my first fish. I always wanted that saltwater reef...I can't tell you how happy I was on that day.
I learned so much from the freshwater setup. I really am impressed with the young people on here that start with saltwater...but it does take money, this hobby is expensive..we didn't even mention test kits witch run around $50.00
So start with what you can afford..get some books...and dream of your dream tank.
