Anyone want a small horseshoe crab?

I'm upgrading tanks and i have a small horseshoe crab that i won't be taking with me to the new tank.
I put him in the new tank and he keeps it extremely cloudy the entire time, so i'm looking to get rid of him. He's maybe 2-3 inches, i've had him for about a year and a half.
I'm in NYC and he's free, I just want him to find a good home.....

the tank it's in is closing in on a decade old, i've had it since 2002. It's a 55g fowlr tank.

im sorry, i should've added: i put him in the new tank but removed and and dripped him back into the older tank.
His sand sifting was continuously clouding the tank far too much for my personal liking
(just incase, the new tank is about a month old now and fully cycled)

Don't you have a local reef club? Or local fish store might take him!

Don't know of any reef clubs.
I'm afraid of the fish store because he's the kind of invert that some un-informed hobbyist will see and purchase and consequently kill within 2 weeks due to improper care.

the one im going to put it in a year in april..but i also have another one thats been up and runnig for 3 years..

yes.. 3in live sand on the bottom..... it will have a very good home..
