I am thinking of getting two since they look cool from my book pictures but I would like to see some in a tank. Thanks.

Very nice. Do they actually stayed perched and skake their tails all / most of the time?

They swing their tails alot..they do stay perched on corals. If they feel threatened they really start swinging!
Those are 2 girls..see how chubby they are? Boys are scrawny and skinny...and harder to find.I have 3 in one tank and 1 in another.Good luck if you decide to get some!

Nice pics. Well I called my LFS guy and asked him to order me two for next Wednesday. They go for $12 a piece. Is that an ok price?

Sure, depending on what fish you have. I have never had a problem with a fish going after them.I did however sell a couple to a customer once, and when he dropped them into his tank they became an expensive snack for his maroon clowns.

i have a false perc clown and a bicolor blenny, boh are very peaceful and have never acted aggresive towards anything in the tank. I read that they like to be kept in groups, so could I get away with 2 or is my tank not big enough?

I have three in a 12 gal DX...your tank is plenty big. They are tiny and do not add barely anything to bio-load.Go for it!

awesome I'm gonna head over to the LFS and see when and if they will get some in. I'm excited! If I get them from my LFS how long should I acclimate for? And should I buy a drip acclimation system?

They don't need a drip acclimation but you can if you like.If I drip,I put the catch cup or bag in the sump, and drip straight down from the tank.So as to maintain the temp. I think dripping to an outside bucket is risky..as the temp can go down fast. With shrimp I just float the bag for 20 min..I always check PH and SG..Open bag,and add 1/2 cup of water from your tank.Do this every 15 min. for at least an hour.Scoop shrimp in net..add to tank. For safety's sake, turn out the light until they find a comfy spot.Good luck!
