My clowns are laying eggs every two weeks. Do you all think the peperment shrimp will bother the eggs?

no but when they hatch other fish will eat the fry

With the parents nearby or likely on top of the eggs I don't think the shrimp would dare try anything. However as stated the fry would never survive unless your setup to rear them.
