Anyway to fix a full tank?

I have had my tank set up for four years. I just sprung a small leak on one of the seams about half way up. Anyway to repair without draining it?? It's a 35 gallon glass tank.

I just did a search for repairs, and awhile back it was stated that 100% silicone sealant can be used underwater with success, just wipe the area clean, and apply. Takes longer to cure.
