App for keeping track?

I found this on the mac app store today https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/maquarium/id457799996?mt=12 it looks good, but it only has one review, and it's not very specific - and i'm thinking is it worth £14.99?

Is there anybody out there that's used it that can review it? Or that can offer alternatives, I use my reminders app as it is to set regular notifications for filter and water changes, and testing, but this looks like it can actually track everything by species and red flag any issues which is fantastic !

there wasn't an app for it when I was learning. Lol.

I think there is nothing that can replace actual multi-source research, personally.

Give it a try. It might be the next big thing.

Haha i'm doing fine on my own so far, but it's only been a couple of months, and i'm trying to take every care (after all, nothing sadder than the sight of a dead fish!). It's more so the technical side that i'm not too sure of yet, because one person says one thing, another says something else - and it all depends on the circumstances! I might do though, just wanted someone else's opinion, as it is a bit costly for an app that might be utter rubbish :p

I just use a tracking app to keep up with when I bought things, made changes, and also water values. Mine is called Aquarium Manager and is free on android. I'm too cheap to pay for apps or own an iphone LOL

On the free version you can keep 2 tanks. If you only have 1 tank and a sump you could section them off like that. I have more than 2, but I'm too cheap to pay for the full version LOL! I use the notes section on one of the other tanks to keep up with things for the ones not listed. I may eventually pay for it, but I also have only had it about a month, so I'm still trying it all out.
