this is a tank where i work. the guy that takes care of it has given up fighting these pest

the butterfly, or even about 15-30 berghia would work wonders for that tank.

i heard copper banded butterfly eat it too? peppermint shrimp are out of the question cuz theres a few puffers and triggers in the tank.

copper banded, is correct. not sure what a racoon is, unless that's a slang term.
you're in NY? there's a school in Groton that grows berghia if you want to donate your aiptasia to them... you'd have to get it off the rock, but i'm sure youwant to do that already.

Look into a Klein's butterfly instead. They're much more hardy than the copperbands and the racoons and would do as good of a job against those aiptasia.
