What do you mean "sucked it out?"
You have to kill them.
Have you tried any peppermint shrimps? If you manually kill the larger ones, peppermint shrimp can usually handle the smaller ones.
Make sure you check overflows/sumps/filtration for them as well.
I was having some problems with them, I put a Kline's Butterfly in the tank and he is cleaning them up nicely. I have a reef setup aswell and the butterfly is not messing with the corals. That is probably the quickest/easiest way to get them under control.
