aptasia on a crocea clam

i have a 3" crocea with 5 aptasia connected to the clam shell at the bottom. can i use joe's juice on these?

yes...just be careful that you don't get too much near the inlet siphon of it...

or what u can do is take the clam out, and scrap the shell really clean of it.
