Does anyone know why my protein skimmer only makes bubbles in the collection cup when the lights go off?
I don't add anything to the tank to make it happen.

Coincidence, maybe? I have no idea. My Aqua C makes foam in the light or dark.

Do you put any additives in the tank at all? Sometimes they will cause it to make more bubbles. Other than that I don't know either.

I add the additives in the morning before the lights come on
