Aqua C skim Q ?

I have this for a week , not alot of fome , just a little dark green water like 1/4 of an inch ,like i said do get a little fome but not much ... Is this ok , i did not tune the skimmer when i got it .:nervous:

Mine started off that way as well, and now I have to empty out a cup of foam/dirty water every day and I didn't tune the spray pipe. I really like this skimmer. Also, did you get the prefilter box? I think that makes a big impact on efficiency. It is also recommended not ot use water conditioners because it will collect as foam. Are you using maxijet or rio? :happy:

I'm using a maxi jet .... , nope no prefilter box ....:nope:
