Aqua Medic Auto Top Off System

I just setup an Aqua Medic auto top off system for my tank. The problem is that the peristalic pump knocks when it starts which is every few seconds. Anyone have experience with this equipment? Any suggestions? Aqua Medic does not return my email requests for info!

I have no experience with it, but you can call Aqua Medic since they aren't e-mailing you back. I've spoke to them directly, a few times, about other products and there's usually no wait time on the phone call. I don't have the phone number off hand, but just do a search for them and check their contact info and the number is right there.
