AquaC EV2000 or ASM G6?

Unless you have a very small bioload the G5 seems small for the 560DT.
Personally, I like ASMs...I have used several different sizes....The only Aqua C
product I have ever used is the Remora pors on QTs, so I can't give you an opinion on the bigger ones.
I also use MRCs on two large systems and have been happy with them. If I buy another skimmer in the future I will probably try a Bubble King as I have seen/heard that they are very good.
I have great water quality right now with my modded G3 on my 180. I got a steal on the G5 and wanted to run at least 2 skimmers on the big tank. I plan on having a refugium and a sump. I always knew that the G5 was too small, but as a second skimmer, it could be modded to be awesome.

That is what I was thinking. If I get the G6 I will mesh mod all three sedras as well as the 2 sedras on the G5.
Also - an update, I have an offer in for a EuroReef RC500. If I get an acceptance of the offer, that will be my 2nd skimmer. This thing is a BEAST.
