AquaC Nano Remora Protein Skimmer - is it working?

Hello everyone. I just purchased this protein skimmer and set it up with the pump it came with and followed directions and everything. I noticed though that there is a...hmm...lack of suction? It doesn't appear that anything is coming up into collection cup and foam tower at all no matter what I do to raise or lower the collection cup. I didnt read anything else in the directions about adjusting anything.....any help would be appreciated!

I had this skimmer also, it never worked good for me either. you have to let it run for a couple of weeks before it even thinks about skimming (all skimmers are like that) then keep trying different positions on the collection cups to see if you collect something. Mine is sitting on my work bench, the worst investment I ever made. note be carefully when replacing the collection cup, I broke off the internal plastic.
