I purchased this overflow after my attempt at a PVC overflow failed. Not only did the PVC not work (because my sump is not low enough below my display) but the white PVC in my tank look terrible. This Acrylic overflow from Aquacrylics only cost $53 shipped and the quality is unbelievable. Most of the unit is made from 1/4 Acrylic except for the overflow box in the tank which looks to be 1/8". This is good because it makes it less noticeable. The welds are amazing quality. All in all I couldnt be happy with the unit. Other units cost 2x or more and can not deliver more value.
