I was wondering with this timer can I some how put the Actinics "on" only from 11:00 AM- 11:45 Am then put both daylight and actinics "on" from 11:45-8:15PM. And run Actinics only from 8:15-9:00 pm?
To make it simple I'm trying to simulate dawn, dusk and night lighting. I just wasn't sure if this system would allow me to do it, and if it would how?

To do what you want, you need two timers.
Unfortunately, i believe with that "Power center" you can only set both outlets to be on or off. They're not independant of each other
