Aquapod 24 stock pump replacement recommendation?

I want to replace the stock pump for the AP 24 to reduce heat, better flow, etc and also add another PH. I have three configurations that I have found and am trying to decide on. Want to help me? Also if anyone can tell me what loc-line Y size i need (1/2'', 3/4''...) it would be much appreciated.

Configure A
Replace stock with MJ1200
Add a Korailia Nano
Configure B
Replace stock with MJ1200
Add a korailia 1
Configure C
Replace stock with MJ900
Add a korailia 1
