Are there any glues made for bonding plastic to plastic that are aquarium safe?

What kind of plastics. Plastic is a generic term. If your talking plexiglass yes, its weldon #3, 4 or 16 being the most commonly used. It will also glue up styrene materials. Virtually any of the solvent bonding adhesives / glues when they evaporate out and are cured are safe. What exactly are you wanting to stick together? There is no suitable glues or solvent binders for PP or PE type materials.
