Hey azaintcold- I love your rock work!
I'll base how I place my rocks in my new 65 gallon off of the way you have yours!
Looks great!

Mine leans on the back glass. I am going to add some more here soon, and I think I might try to make some kind of shelf, so I will most likely use some epoxy.

Thanks everybody. I don't use epoxy, and it isn't leaning against the glass. I have about 1/2" back there with a powerhead pointed behind it for no dead spots. I put the rocks on eggcrate before sand was in to help sturdy it up a bit.

ok cool now i no ur secrets lol
i might lean some against the glass but in the middle since i probably wont b able to get my magfloat there thanks guys u helped a lot, but onemore question
wen im goin to get the LR, my lfs has big pieces and medium pieces. should i jus get the big pieces and use some pieces for the base, and if i have left over i break it with a hammer? o should i get 50/50 big and medium?

I say 50/50 because you want to be able to just grab and stack, all you'll get annoyed breaking pieces up in between stacking. IMO. I would try to stay away from leaning it on the glass because of pressure points. People always preach how easy glass flexes, and with a nasty pressure point you could have a big mess.
