Are anthelia poison?

I am using a razor blade to clean the hard green algae from my tank. I will need to allow my anthelia to touch the back of my hand in order to get everywhere. Will this cause me any issues?

Wear gloves. I dont know the answer to your question but gloves seem to fix the issue?

I have never had a reaction to it. I think like alot of things we don't come into contact all the time, whether it will bother you specifically would be an indivual thing, although probably not likely. If you don't wear gloves, like anything else, keep your hands out of your eyes, mouth, and nether regions.
