Quick ?. Are any fish diseases: bacterial, fungal, viral etc contagious to inverts such as shrimp, crabs, snails etc?

Generally no, which is why you don't have to treat inverts if your fish gets sick. Actually, you really can't treat inverts because all the treatments are deadly to inverts.
