are fungus and bacterial infections contagious?

i have emperor angel that has an open sore, small white fungus on to dorsal fin and tail rot, i am scrambling around to get a hospital tank, i just want to make sure my other fish wont get this, also whats a good medicine to treat the above problems thanks - mike
water parameters are nit = 0 amm = 0 sal 1.022 temp 76 plus its a fish only tank no inverts or live rock
