Are my lights strong enough for sps?

I have a 29 gallon reef 2-95watt vho. Is this enough lighting for some types of sps and which ones are easier to keep? I'm thinking of buying some in a month or two and wanted to get everyone's opinion.

Thanks tt. You have a gorgeous tank. I think I'm going to add some more lr to the back of my tank so it could reach higher to support some sps. Sort of the way your tank is set up. I have the white vho strip in the back and the blue in the front. Anyone else have any success with sps and vho's?

I have hydnophora and bluetip staghorn acropora under 440 watts of vho and pc on a 75 gal. They are both growing very well. I'm still thinking of switching to halides.
Watch the hydnophora, they are very aggressive, and need to be kept away from other corals. No sweepers or anything, just very poisonous to other corals.
