Are my main lights on long enough?

Ok my actinics are on for 14 hours and my mains are on for 7 hours. I have not had an algae problem but I was wondering if my mains are not on long enough or my actinics are on too long.
My actinics are supposed to have good spectrum like the main lights. I think they are gibson

How is your coral growth?
If you don't have an algae issue, then obviously they aren't on for too long, but if you are getting good coral growth, then you are probably fine.
I keep mine on for about 10.5 hours, so 7 is quite a bit short of that. You could probably add a couple hours safely.

Yep, I agree. I run my halides about 10 hours per day, so I think you would be okay to add some as well.

if your actinics are just 2 vho to t5 actinics i would slowly increase you main lights to closer to 10hrs. if your main lights are mh and you run 3 or 4 t5 ho bulbs with the power of ati blue plus you probably are fine. what are your main bulbs and wat are your actinics
