Your pink tip is also known as a Condy or Haitian anemone. They can be a pain in the rear.
They like to move around the tank. Alot. I got lucky and mine doesnt move around.
They usually do not host a clown. I have a condy that did host a Clarkii until the Clarkii decided he liked my green bubble better.
I feed mine krill, fine chopped raw shrimp, fine chopped raw scallop, Formula One and Reef Complete(I think that was the name).
Basically it will eat most meaty foods, just make sure the pieces are not too big and feed the anemone directly. Try to feed your fish first so the dont steal the anemones food.
How much light do you have on your tank?

how do i "spot feed it""? or will it just pull its own food out of the water? i put a cube of frozen brine shrimp in there everynight... is that enough? i also have the big 4 foot triple light with 3 lunar lights... so i definitally got the lighting right :)

I have a turkey baster that is used only on that tank.
I dont like bloodworms myself. You should thaw any frozen food before adding it to the tank.
What I usually do is chop a shrimp up fairly fine, put it in a net set the net in the water so the pieces float a bit and use the baster to suck them up. Then I get the baster right down to the anemone and gently squeeze. Be careful because the anemone will start to grab your baster so if you have to suck up more water to get the food out you can accidentally suck up a tentacle.
Your anemone should close up around the food. There are special forks that you can stab the food with but a baster is cheap and works great for me.
I split a small shrimp between 2 anemones 2 times a week. I also supplement with other foods for a varied diet.
I am not familiar with the triple lights you have. How many watts are they?

I too have a condy and it is all over the left side of my tank, up and down the rocks, in and out even underneath at times. Yesterday my husband found him on the topmost rock with his tentacles sucked up into the pump and the poor thing was hanging onto the rock for dear life. My husband shut the pump off and set him free. He has a few damaged tentacles but seems to be fine. I feed mine with a syringe attached to one of those hard plastic tubings you can get at lfs. I thaw the krill, bine shrimp, or other with about 20cc of water from the aquarium, then feed it directly. I don't usually feed it every day though. Just 3x a week.
