Hello i have just got into keeping exotic fish. I have kept saltwater fish (Tiger barbs) for a long time and i decided to step it up a notch and buy a 60 gallon glass aquarium. I have a protein skimmer, a heater, a test kit, Cleaning supplies, a filter that hangs on the tank, dechlorinators, and Chemicals ( i am going to get power heads and a hydrometer the next time i go to the store). I have did alot of research about the fish i want and have found out many people have different opinions on their tank size. If possible i would like to keep 1 one inch Blue Hippo Tang, 1 one inch Yellow Tang, 1 Royal Gramma and two False ClownFish. I understand that Tangs can get big and if mine get to large i will give them away. Will a 60 gallon tank be anough room for them while they are small. Also I have Heard that tangs dont get along with other tangs but if i introduce them together while there young will they fight? I had considered getting a small starfish but will my other fish bully it and how in the world do you feed them. also i need a cleaner crew, any suggestions?
P.S is that to many fish?
How often should i do water changes?
Are Tangs ick carriers, if so what type of medication should i use?
How do you introduce new fish in your tank?

Might want to edit your post to say you are 13. Younger than 13 is not allowed on this site for liability issues.
I would say that you could keep a yellow tang in a 4foot tank long term, but not the blue hippo tang.
I highly suggest that you read a few good books on the subject, as well as look over the "101 tips for new hobbyists" in the new hobbyist section of the forums..
Welcome to the forums!

I hope my comments will help, remember, we are all here to help, others may have different ideas. You'll need to take all the advise given and make your own mind up. Then after that ask more questions.
