Are there Centipedes in salt water tanks?

Out of the corner of my eye I saw a weird worm when I moved closer he shot back into the live rock. Next time he was out I looked closer and it looked like a Centipede or something living in the live rock.
Any ideas of what this could be, and if it's harmful to my tank???
Please let me know!

Brisleworm.
Usually they are pretty safe unless they get really big or breed into large numbers, but they are easily controlled with arrow crabs.
