I have a 55 gallon tank with a Magnum 350 Canister filter with reef carbon. I have two 58 watt T-5 bulbs, one is a 10,000K bulb and the other is an Actinic. I have a really good protein skimmer and one powerjet.
I have a 3.5 inch sand bed and over 90 pounds of live rock.
I currently
have:
-Red scooter blenny
-Mandarin dragonet (I hate when people call them gobies)
-3 blue green chromis
-Maroon clownfish
-20 hermit crabs
-5 snails (I need more, I know)
-Emerald crab
-Pink cauliflower (carnation) coral
-Goniopora (flower pot coral) (I am getting rid of him soon because when I bought him my LFS didn't tell me that it wasn't suitable for my tank)
-Bubble coral
-Brown zoanthid frags
I want
to get the following from this website:
-Bicolor Angelfish
-Leather - Toadstool Medium
-Cleaner Shrimp
-Colt Coral
-ORA Acropora - Purple Nana
Keep in mind that I am getting rid of the goniopora.

We've already talked about your stock list in PM's and other threads....
You can't have Acropora or any other SPS in your tank with your current lighting. It's not enough or strong enough. You need at minimum double to amount of light you currently have and even that is probably not enough.
Also, be careful about how much leather you put in your tank if you plan on keeping SPS. Leathers release a toxin that SPS does not particularly care for. This can be resolved by running carbon media such as ChemiPure.
You need more of a CUC, especially bottom dwellers. Nassarius snails and cerith snails would be a plus. I'd also add a cleaner shrimp as you list that you want, but you might want to think about making it 2 shrimp, not one. Also might want to look at a sand sifting goby such as a diamond.

Yes, don't get the acropora, try montipora. You should be fine keeping monti if you keep it closer to the surface. Just remember to acclimate it to the light once it gets there. Don't be in a hurry to bring it up. It can survive without bright light for long enough for you to not worry about it.
