Are these guys reaching for more light?

Here's a pic of my newest addition - blue lights on - are they reaching for more light?

Are they zoanthid or palys? They sort look like it from the pic but just want to be sure. If they are, then possibly, yes. I've noticed certain zoas like more light, and others don't care one way or the other. It's also possible that if they went from a tank with much more powerful lighting to one that's not so powerful that they're trying to adjust by reaching for more.

I think those are her AOG zoos. They should acclimate to lower light if they came from a MH tank. Try moving them a bit higher in the tank and see what happens.

Put them where you like and after that do not move them again, they will adjust in a few weeks.

Heh, I hadnt moved them.....so they're hanging out - glad sometimes I'm slow reacting about certain things.

I just bought some more Eclipse Palys and set them in tonight cant wait to see what they look like in the AM.
