They have the people eater mouth but are not PPE/PurplePeopleEaters.

Monsterlips are the closest thing you will find with a "name"....they are common palys/zoas with PE mouth.

I dont know the skirts are kinda brownie/green may change to green in good light.Then they would be PPE!!!
