Are these worms dangerous?

i have a tank that has been running with no fish for about 2 months. there are live coral in it etec. i have just discovered centipede looking worm in the tank, many of them on the sides. what are they and are they dangerous? thanks

Not really... they are more of a pain in the ***. you have fire worms.
